“ We ordered New Year’s Eve catering from Nora’s in Eldersburg, and everything was absolutely delicious. The chicken, beef, lamb, and salmon were perfectly prepared and full of flavor, and the vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. The dolmades, hummus, tzatziki, and pita bread were especially delicious and were a big hit. Raymond was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating, and very attentive to our dining preferences. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. We will definitely be back again. This tasted more Persian. We prefer a more Levant style, or north African. (The Mediterranean is a big place!) ”

We started with the eggplant and hummus as starters, and they were delicious. Barg Kabob and rice was our favorite. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the baklava along with tea was a perfect ending to our meal. Everything was spotlessly clean. We definitely look forward to returning.
